Necessary Turbulence was created by an all-volunteer group of women who carried the trust, authenticity, and vulnerability of the 108 women, and for three years shepherded the book from conception through completion.

They shaped the narrative, established editorial standards, curated the voices, and manifested the work into a single, coherent story.
